The whole experience with these guys was nothing short of exceptional, from calling up to enquire to passing the final test. All of the instructors are brilliant, they like a good laugh, they are really laid back and they have a great way of correcting any bad habits. Being tested for anything is invariably nerve-wracking but I can honestly say, I have never felt more at ease with any other tests and I put that down to the instructors. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

From my CBT renewal with Adrian, to passing my module 1 and 2 with Andy, you can see these people know what they’re talking about, sharing their experience to help you stay safe, not just how to pass.Using the Kawasaki Z650 which I believe to be a great all round training bike, at least for me, better than bikes I tried elsewhere. I’m now the proud owner of a Kawasaki Z1000 SX.

Completed my CBT and then booked their three day course at access rider training to achieve my DAS. The instructors were highly knowledge and supportive , but great humour and able to have a laugh and make it fun!Their support not only enabled me to achieve my DAS, but boosted my confidence on the road. I recommend this place to anyone that is looking at booking motorcycle training, you won’t be disappointed with their service.Thank you, Andy & Claire really appreciate it!

If I could give zero stars I would.I wouldn’t risk paying this money hungry company incase something unavoidable happens to you, and you’re unable to attend on the day. They want full payment up front so you better pray everything goes in your favour or they’ll quite happily profit from your unfortunate circumstances.Let’s for one second imagine you become ill at the last minute, break your leg, have a family emergency or loose your licence at a petrol station on the way over like my 18 yr old lad did, it’s tough luck to you. They will quite happily take your money and profit from your unfortunate circumstances with no offer of rescheduling. I’m not for one second asking for a full reimbursement, however would it be too much to ask to be able to reschedule with a small fee added to the balance? You stated you needed to take the full £180 to pay your instructors, but I’m pretty sure you don’t pay your instructors £180, so where’s the rest of the money gone? Could that not have been put towards rescheduling? Did you have to be so greedy and take the full amount? On the phone the lady was very unsympathetic, borderline rude and couldn’t care less of our circumstances, but then again why would she, they have our money, why would they care 🙄When questioned why they had to taken the full amount, Claire told us we had been offered a “small discount” which is untrue. She then covered her back by saying she “assumed we had been offered this” because I thought the CBT was £150 when it turned out we’d actually paid £180 in total. I was told it states in their terms and conditions that full payment is due 7 days prior, so I guess they can ignore all moral compass and justify their greediness leaving no room for leniency for these types of unforeseen circumstances. I mean, “they’re a business after all and not a charity” from what I was kindly told. No need for any decency about them then….It’s not like anyone would expect a protocol for such events now would we, only reputable trustworthy businesses are capable of such things I guess. I’m here thinking the instructors could have been paid, my son could have been rescheduled, they would have gotten the full amount if not more if you would have charged him reasonably and rescheduled him, everyone’s a winner. Instead you’ve squandered the full amount and not provided a service, causing you an honest bad review and a future bad reputation. There’s “running a business” as you call it, then there’s ripping people off. Appalling behaviour. Safe to say we will not be buying another service from you in the future and will not be recommending you.

I had Matt and he was amazing, he was so patient with me as I was very nervous. I started on a manual but after trying he recommended I move to an automatic and didn’t pressure me to move back even though I had booked a manual bike. He did everything to make sure I felt as comfortable as possible, can’t recommend this place enough

After weeks of researching the Lincolnshire training providers, My wife chose Access rider training to do her CBT (she can be quite anxious but got a good feeling from access)She came home from that experience full of confidence and said how comfortable she felt training with them. I took my CBT with them and had an equally positive experience, a couple of weeks went by and we both took our theory tests and decided to book our training, Mod1 & Mod2 with them, it also helped that they have a 650cc that’s been lowered enough for Jodie (5’1) Jodie got through Mod1 & 2 first time with a total of 3 minor faults throughout. To date I’m yet to get through Mod1 but hopefully that’ll happen soon and I’ll move on to Mod2 (watch out for an update soon)UPDATEYEAH I’m through both parts Mod 2 1st attempt 😁😁 I can’t thank Andy and Claire enough for their encouragement and faith in me!!!Everyone at ART has been superb, they are all a friendly bunch and make the learning interesting, they are very supportive and encouraging and very patient 😁 Clair and Andy have definitely got a first class team behind them, not just the Trainers (Adrian, Matt & Gordon) but the office girls too (Kelley and Stella) and we would recommend Access Rider Training to anyone looking to do a CBT, a Direct access course or even just refresher training. Thanks to everyone at ART 👍🏻 we will be in soon to see you all 😁

Completed my CBT with access rider in November 2022 with Ady. Fantastic day and really helped build my confidence. Then went onto my DAS in June 2023 using Gordon and Andy for training and tests. Absolutely fantastic team and I cannot thank everyone enough for getting me through my test and onto my big bike! Everyone at access rider is incredibly friendly and you can really enjoy the training with lots of humour along the way! Would totally recommend these guys to anyone wanting to do any form of bike related training.

Brand new to riding and motorbikes, Matt was excellent in guiding me through my CBT, then to the next day being with Claire on the 650, fantastic communication and such a friendly and personable attitude. Then completing my mod1 in the same week thanks to the tuition of Andy and Gordon, Both exceptional teachers. And then a week later passing my mod2. Brilliant day out and brilliant tuition from Andy again with his great sense of humour and informative teaching style. Thanks again to all the staff at access!

From starting my CBT to passing my MOD2 these guys have been amazing. Started my CBT with not riding a bike for 10 years. The shop on site is so well priced and I got all my gear from there, all top quality stuff and being December I was too warm at times on the bike. They were so patient and it wasn’t just a sit in the classroom and watch videos. I was nervous about my mod1 but the way they train you within a few hours I was so confident all thanks to them. Nothing is ever too much to ask and they never speak down to you or treat you like you’re stupid. Would 100% recommend access rider training, if I had to do it all again I’d go back in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for helping get my full licence

After not have riden any form of bike for 8 years and slightly struggling with dyslexia I was reluctant to getting back on one, I did my cbt and a 3 day direct access course passing both mod 1 with one minor and mod 2 with no minors first time in the space of a week from each other, very friendly staff all round and really simplified and explained everything well. highly recommend going with access rider training If your looking for a good bike school thanks for everything

Claire and Andy have been absolutely great with my 18 year old daughter who needed accommodations in order to complete her CBT. They went above and beyond to stagger her training over a few weeks and were very supportive and encouraging. Would totally recommend.

Just passed my Mod2 after doing a CBT and Mod1 all with these guys, the Wife is booked in to do her DAS in a few weeks with them as well. Can’t thank them enough, lovely bunch of people who really know what they are doing. Had a great 2 days out with Andy for my Mod1 who taught me to actually corner properly after years of riding 125’s not quite right, then Gordon got me though my Mod2 with both tests followed by a lovely ride home with even more tips and pointers to improve my riding! Thoroughly enjoyable experience all round – highly recommended.

I had an amazing time today on my CBT the staff their was so friendly and people you could have a laugh with it was a very disclosed area to do the CBT really helping me understand as their was no distractions. The instructor Matt was super helpful and friendly always kept me engaged and was straight up if I messed up I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor the hours flew by when I was with him. I really recommend him for your CBT he will teach you so much and it won’t even feel like a test it just feels as if he’s your mate teaching you. Highly recommended place to do your CBT

So you’ve made the first great decision to get, or at least think about getting a motorbike the second is to choose Access Rider Training. I did my CBT, had a day of on the road confidence building after around 500 miles then after a few months booked up for DAS training. Being in my late 60’s I’m not the most agile or natural of riders but both Gordon and Andy managed to get me through both module 1 & 2 on the first attempt. They have different styles of teaching but really encouraged and cajoled the best from me. There’s always a real purpose and seriousness behind there approach blended with a good deal of light hearted ribbing and banter. It all adds up to a first rate experience that would be very hard to surpass.

I did my CBT here and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The team were all so helpful and friendly and were never anything but encouraging, and a great laugh to be around. My instructor Adrian was brilliant. I turned up as a complete novice to motorcycles but he was reassuring and knowledgeable, and always had a great, positive attitude, long past when a lot of instructors would have got annoyed with me being slow to pick something up.They’ve also got a great shop on-site with a very decent selection of gear, which seemed to be at a really good rate too!I’ll definitely be coming back for my big boy bike license at some point, I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking to get on a bike!
